This is an important event to look back on the 25-year development journey of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Association, honor the achievements achieved and orient future activities. BioFix Fresh provides microbiological solutions for the textile industry

1. Anaerobic tank

Textile industry wastewater is channeled through anaerobic tanks to remove organic matter. The process goes through 4 stages simultaneously: Hydrolysis, Acidification, Aceticization, Methanolization, and the transformation of complex substances into simple and easily soluble substances. From there, the anaerobic decomposition of acetic acid, H₂, CO₂ quickly forms methane, CO₂ and new biomass.

BioFix Fresh's BAC AD-1005 microbial product, when added to the anaerobic system, will promote organic decomposition in wastewater, helping to reduce BOD, COD, TSS. At the same time, it limits filamentous bacteria and reduces the amount of sludge generated.

2. Gasless tank

This is the process of decomposing pollutants by microorganisms in an outgasless environment (low oxygen) and nitrification takes place in an arbitrary environment. To increase efficiency, a slow stirring system is installed in the tank, in order to create favorable conditions for microorganisms to operate.

After restarting the system, it is necessary to add BioFix Fresh's BAC AM-1006 microbiological product to promote the rapid treatment  of Nitrate in the anaerobic tank. At the same time, it reduces ammonium and total nitrogen content, reducing odors in wastewater treatment.

3. Aerobic tank

In the aerobic tank, the oxidation of organic compounds under the influence of aerobic microorganisms takes place in the Aerotank to provide oxygen to microbial cells, thereby bringing efficiency in increasing the contact between microbial cells and matter.  increase heat dissipation.

As this process takes place, aerobic microorganisms will use organic matter as a source of nutrients to grow biomass and decompose into inorganic substances. The wastewater after being biotreated will be led through a sedimentation tank to settle biological sediment. Part of the sedimented sludge will be channeled through the sludge storage tank, the rest will be circulated into the aerobic biological tank to ensure microbial density in the tank.

BioFix Fresh's BAC AD-1005 and BAC AM-1006 microbiological products added to the aerobic system will increase the efficiency of decomposition of remaining pollutants in wastewater, helping to reduce BOD, COD, TSS. At the same time, it creates and maintains beneficial biomass.
