The mechanism of action of BAC GT2B-1205 grease treatment microbiology goes through 3 stages:

Stage 1: When the grease treatment microbial product is put into the drainage pipe, the microbial strains in the preparation will stick to and live in the pipe wall, using the grease molecules as food, creating their own enzymes. These enzymes will break down the molecular structures of fats, forming saturated fatty acids and glycerols.

Stage 2: Microbial strains continue to digest saturated fatty acids and glycerol, forming unsaturated fatty acids.

Stage 3: The insoluble fatty acids will be converted into water and CO₂.

Over time, microorganisms form and divide cells, increasing in number. The grease treatment process will be continuous, the efficiency will be more and more pronounced and prevent grease from accumulating inside the pipe.
